SPEED AND MULTI-DIRECTIONAL SPEED COACHING

This is a 12 session or 18 session program for any individual involved in multi-directional sports such as football, tennis, cricket and rugby. This program will combine technique sessions, speed sessions and Dynamic Movement Skills sessions, which target your agility, quickness of feet and turning ability as well as your explosiveness. All of this will be tailored to your individual sport.  We work with kids from 9 years old to elite professional athletes developing individual Speed Programs to help them achieve their objective.
