RUNNING TECHNIQUE COACHING

Over the years, Mike developed many protocols and methodologies to change people’s movement for both rehabilitation and performance. He wanted to offer recreational athletes and runners the same support system that he was offering elite and professional athletes, so in 2007, he set up the very first Running School®.


Running technique coaching is offered in a block of six sessions to ensure that you are successful in changing your technique and reaching your goal.  The first session will consist of a biomechanical analysis.  The next five training sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique by using our accelerated learning methods. We also give you homework to do when you are on your own, technique training programs to follow and exercises specific to you.
